Application Notes

Application Form for Admission in the 2023/24 School Year
-Download the “Application Form” from this website.
-Visit our school during office hours to obtain the “Application Form”(No application limit)
Please fill the “Application Form” truthfully so that the school can follow up on your child’s registration and contact you. All information is for the school’s records and contacts purpose only.
Please return the completed “Application Form” by post or by hand with 3 self-addressed stamped envelopes and a copy of the child’s “Hong Kong Birth Certificate” or other proof of residency in Hong Kong. If use online registration system, please submit 3 self-addressed stamped envelopes and a copy of the child’s “Hong Kong Birth Certificate” on the day of the interview.
The school will charge an application fee of HK$40 on the day of the interview. Due to the limited of places, it is impossible to admit all the applicants. Moreover, please be awareness on whether the applications are admitted or not, the application fee will not be refund.
Applying “Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission”
– EDB will issue the Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission /Kindergarten Admission Pass to each child who can receive education in Hong Kong and all Scheme-KGs can only admit child(ren) holding a valid registration document.
– Parents are required to apply to EDB for a “Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission” from September to November each year.

Admission Criteria
-Applicant who resides near to us.
-Applicant’s performance on interview day.
-The applicant from families in need will be given due priority consideration when applying for whole day classes (As the number of school places is limited, please understand that not all applicants fulfilling the priority consideration will be guaranteed a school place.)
Interview Arrangement
-The school will arrange interviews for all applicants according to their year of birth; we will notify you of the interview time by post.
-Interviews will be conducted in November each year.
–Group and/or individual interviews will be arranged.
-Parents should accompany their child for the interview.
-On the interview day, parents of non-Chinese speaking applicants can ask for interpretation and/or translation services as needed and can also be accompanied by relatives or friends who understand Chinese to assist in communication.
Announcement of Admission Results
The school will notify parents of the admission results by post before the middle of December each year.
Registration Arrangements
-Successful applicants: Parents register with the school during the Centralised Registration Dates (Centralised Registration dates for 2023 are January 5-7, usually around the beginning of January each year.) By submitting the Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission / Kindergarten Admission Pass and paying registration fee.
-Applicants on the waiting list: The school will notify parents by post. Parents should complete the registration procedures for their child according to the specified date set by the school. Parents are required to submit the original of the“Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission / Kindergarten Admission Pass” and pay the registration fee.-Personal data on an unsuccessful applicants will normally be destroyed 3 months after “Centralised Registration Dates”.
-If parents cannot submit the “Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission / Kindergarten Admission Pass” to the school their child has been admitted to during the Centralised Registration Dates, the school concerned may not be able to complete registration for their child. Hence, parents are required to submit application to the EDB within the designated period.
–The registration fee for the half-day class is HK$970, and HK$1,570 for the whole day class.

-If a child is admitted after the Centralised Registration Dates, his/her parent is still required to submit the“Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission / Kindergarten Admission Pass” for registration. If the parent intends to change school for his/her child after registering with the school, he/she is required to get back the “Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission / Kindergarten Admission Pass” from the school with which he/she has registered. Upon getting back the “Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission / Kindergarten Admission Pass” from the school, the school concerned will no longer reserve the place for the child. Normally, the registration fee paid to the school with which the parent has registered will not be refunded.
