Students’ self-care and hands-on skills are exercised in matters such as taking food, serving dishes, and cleaning the table. In addition, due to the limited meal time, students need to master how to allocate their time for picking up food and eating, in order to cultivate children’s time management ability. Venue: Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (Shatin)
Activity goal: Through children’s bank experience activities, children can understand where the money comes from and learn correct financial management concepts. Children went to the simulation community of the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (Shatin) to participate in the “Children’s Banking Experience Activities”, where they learned about the evolution of money, the relationship between work and wages, money allocation, savings and banking services, and played a series of games. They also experienced financial management strategies, which helped them establish a correct concept of financial management.
